Utah Prestige Real Estate is independently owned by Kymberly King-Hanson. Kymberly has been in Real Estate since 1991 and a Broker since 1998. In August of 2001 Kymberly opened Realty World Prestige and moved to her first office location in Layton in April 2004. In October 2004 she began construction on her new building in Clearfield and settled into her new offices in March of 2005.

As the office expanded she decided to reevaluate her goals and decided to focus more on "UTAH" and not the "World." In September 2006 she changed the name to Utah Prestige Real Estate.
